For shipments over 1,000 kilograms, we offer complimentary palletized packaging.

For shipments under 1,000 kilograms, there is an additional ¥20,000 as palletizing charge per shipment, which is separate from our listed prices and discounts to cover the palletization service. 

Please note that palletizing may prolong the standard shipping duration by 2-5 days, contingent on warehouse capacity.

It is crucial to understand that selecting palletized shipping incurs extra costs due to the increased pallet weights with the forwarder. Furthermore, if your order consists of various items and is not organized in a pallet-layer format (e.g., 8 cartons of Skin Aqua for 1 layer), the top of the pallet may not be level post-palletization. Some forwarders may levy additional fees for this, at your expense, as the pallet cannot be stacked with others or may need to be leveled (resulting in heightened volume/weight charges for the shipment).

Before finalizing payment with our company, we recommend consulting your logistics agent regarding pallet height restrictions and any other prerequisites if you have concerns about the associated costs.

When using DHL Express to ship pallets, an additional fee of ¥15,000 is applied to each pallet. Moreover, an extra charge is imposed based on the weight of the pallet (25kg). However, if your shipment does not conform to the pallet-layer requirements mentioned earlier, DHL will levy a fee of ¥43,000 per pallet if the upper surface of the pallet is uneven.
