Steps for Handling Your Order Through a Forwarding Company

Here’s an overview of the process when your order is handled by a forwarding company:

Step 1: 
We will provide you with the order details, including size and weight. You will then check the shipping cost with your forwarder in your country. Once you approve their shipping quotation, please ask your forwarder to notify their Japan-based agent.

Step 2: 
The Japan agent will contact us via email. We will then submit the necessary documents required for customs approval.

Step 3: 
Once customs approval is granted (please note that some items may be rejected depending on your forwarder’s regulations), we will either ship your order to their warehouse or they will arrange for pickup.


The above process typically takes about one week for the first order. For subsequent orders of the same product, the approval process will not be required.


Please note that your order will only be processed after payment has been received.
