What happens if the products that I have received are defective or not shipping properly and with damage?
Refunds will only be issued if the product is damaged due to insufficient packaging or if you did not receive the correct items. In such cases, we will either refund the cost of the product or take the necessary corrective action. We do not offer refunds if the package is rejected by customs and returned to us. However, if the package is returned, we can repack the items and resend them using an alternative shipping method, with the customer responsible for the additional shipping fees.
Additionally, please be aware that in some countries, especially when shipped via EMS (postal service), packages may occasionally sustain minor damage even if they are properly packaged. We recommend considering this risk when selecting EMS as the shipping method.
