What is Aviation Dangerous Goods? Can’t it be shipped anyway?
Aviation Dangerous Goods are substances that pose a safety risk during air transport, such as flammable, toxic, or corrosive materials. For cosmetic items, this can include products containing alcohol, aerosols, or certain chemicals.
For such products, we check with the manufacturer to confirm key details such as alcohol content and flashpoint to ensure they comply with safety standards before considering shipment. If a product is classified as dangerous goods, we generally do not ship it, as it may not meet the safety requirements for either air or sea transport. The only exception is for shipments to Japan, where we can process these products for transport regardless of their dangerous goods classification, in compliance with local regulations.

Storage fees are ¥300 per carton, based on the invoice. If the storage period exceeds 1 month, an additional ¥300 per carton will be charged for each subsequent month.
What happens if I accidentally enter the wrong address?
If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address for you. However, if the order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the courier to redirect the package, if possible.
