Currently, we offer shipping via DHL, Japan Post, and air/sea freight forwarders. Among these options, we recommend DHL and will use it as the default courier unless otherwise specified by the customer.
We are not liable for any delays or returns caused by customs issues. While we will support you by providing necessary documentation if requested by customs, we cannot guarantee a successful outcome. Any import taxes, duties, or other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If your package is returned to Japan due to customs issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and for the cost of reshipping the package. This applies whether you choose to ship again through us or arrange shipment through an alternative courier. In such cases, we may suggest using Japan Post as a suitable option. Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping fee or the cost of the product if the package is returned. A new shipping method will need to be arranged and paid for separately.
