What documents can you provide for the products that you sell?

We can provide the following documents upon request:
  • Packing List
  • Invoice
  • Ingredient List *1
  • Certificate of Origin (with documentation fee) *2
  • Origin Certification Document (Australia only)

    *1
The document provided is based on Google Translate. It includes only the ingredients as printed on the packaging in Japanese, without percentages. Era LLC is not responsible for the translation's accuracy.

*2  We can only issue a General Certificate of Origin. Please check this article for more details.

However, please note that the following documents are NOT available unless specifically mentioned:
  1. MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)
  2. Proof of Authentication / Authorization Letter
  3. Detailed Ingredient List (with percentages)
  4. CPNP/CPIP/FDA Registration
  5. Certificate of Analysis (COA)
  6. Laboratory test reports
  7. Safety/compliance documentation

Additionally, please be aware that our Japanese manufacturers typically do not provide these documents unless mentioned. For large, well-known brands such as Shiseido, Biore, and Nivea, securing exclusive distribution rights is generally not feasible, as these brands typically establish their own local subsidiaries at the desired country.

Here are the private brands we work with directly, giving us a better chance to obtain additional documents from the manufacturers. There is a possibility of exclusive distribution negotiations.
